Guided Meditation sessions for all levels of experience, from beginners to those with an existing meditation practice.
Sessions begin with a series of mindful practices for relaxation and focus.
They move into a visualisation and deeper meditation.
Interlaced with contemplations, teachings and reflections.
Mindful practices include seated movement for tension release, gentle breathwork, and techniques to calm the mind and strengthen awareness. All practices work with restoring the nervous system back into equilibrium and are very supportive for those who experience stress and anxiety.
The visualisations and deeper meditations help with self-connection and healing. The contemplations and teachings aid this process and are offered as ‘food for thought’, to nourish the mind and provide points for self-reflection.
