Learn to Meditate is a 12-part course designed to support and inspire a home practice of self-guided meditation, bringing peace, healing, and deeper connection.
It's a guide towards a natural state of meditation, meaning meditation can be accessed without devices, in any moment and in any environment. Each week, a different topic and practices will be shared, covering various aspects of the meditation process.
Practices include mindful movement, breath connection and exercises for focus and reflection; as well as visualisation and healing. Each week, there is a guided meditation and an opportunity to guide yourself.
Over time, these practices help cultivate a new state of being, ultimately changing your experience of life.
The Learn to Meditate course consists of 12 x 1-hour sessions, run over 12 weeks.
Group courses begin once 3 or more people pre-book. They run on Tuesdays at 7 pm GMT or Wednesdays at 11 am GMT.
The course can be scheduled as a group or on a 1:1 basis at a mutually convenient time.
