Learn to Meditate (L2M) consists of 12 modules, each 1 hour long, typically delivered over 6 or 12 weeks. The course supports and inspires a home practice of self-guided meditation, to bring peace, healing and deeper connection into your life. It teaches you how to meditate naturally without devices, whenever you wish to and wherever you are. Each week, a different topic and practice is shared, covering various aspects of the meditation process.
Practices include mindful movement, breath connection and exercises for focus and reflection; as well as visualisation and healing. Each week, there is a short guided practice and an opportunity to practice on your own, allowing for any questions that may arise.
Over time, these practices help cultivate a new state of being, ultimately changing your experience of life.
