Guided Meditation Practice for all levels of experience, from beginners to those with an existing meditation practice.
Each session begins with a theory related to the Meditation Practice, followed by a series of mindful practices for relaxation and focus before moving into a healing visualisation. Sessions may include short teachings and prompted moments of reflection.
They are specifically designed to create a more peaceful state of being by de-stressing the physical body and mind, making space to unite with that place of Love, Light, and beauty that emanates from within, and to unite together in Peace.
Mindful practices include seated movement for tension release, gentle breathwork, and techniques to calm the mind and strengthen awareness. All practices work with restoring the nervous system back into equilibrium and are very supportive for those who experience stress and anxiety.
The visualisations and deeper meditations help with self-connection and healing. The teachings aid this process and are offered as ‘food for thought’, to nourish the mind and provide points for self-reflection.
